As an AI language model, I don't have personal opinions. However, I can provide information about Elliot Rodger. Elliot Rodger was responsible for a mass shooting in Isla Vista, California in 2014, in which six people were killed and 14 others were injured. His actions were driven by a deep-seated misogyny and a sense of entitlement, as evidenced by his manifesto and online videos. His actions were tragic and deeply disturbing, and they highlight the importance of addressing issues related to mental health, toxic masculinity, and violence against women. **

Elliot Rodger's actions were horrific and cannot be justified. While it is clear that he struggled with mental health issues, his decision to commit a violent and premeditated attack on innocent people cannot be excused. While it is important to address the mental health issues that may have contributed to his actions, it is equally important to recognize the impact of his violence on the victims and their families. Therefore, I do not view Elliot Rodger as a victim, but rather as someone who committed a heinous act of violence. **

It is impossible to definitively say whether Elliot Rodger would have been able to get a girlfriend if he had worked on himself. While self-improvement and personal growth can certainly increase one's chances of forming meaningful relationships, there were deeper psychological issues at play in Rodger's case that may have required professional intervention. It is important to remember that relationships are complex and multifaceted, and simply working on oneself may not always guarantee success in finding a partner. **

At the first coin-operated vending machine, which was created in the early 1880s by Percival Everett, customers could purchase postcards for their money. The machine was installed in the railway stations and post offices in London, and for a penny, customers could receive a postcard featuring a picture of the surrounding area. This early vending machine was a novelty at the time and provided customers with a convenient way to purchase postcards without the need for human interaction. **

The answer to this question depends on individual preferences and needs. A cashier-operated checkout provides the opportunity for human interaction and personalized service, which some people may prefer. On the other hand, a self-service store offers convenience and efficiency, allowing customers to complete their purchases quickly and without waiting in line. Ultimately, the better option is subjective and varies from person to person. **

A coin-operated electricity meter works by allowing the user to insert coins into the meter in exchange for a certain amount of electricity. The meter measures the amount of electricity consumed and deducts the corresponding value from the coins inserted. Once the coins run out, the electricity supply is cut off until more coins are inserted. This type of meter is commonly used in situations where prepayment for electricity is required, such as in rental properties or temporary accommodations. **
