These phytoestrogens can bind to estrogen receptors and exert weak estrogenic effects. However, the extent to which soybeans can act like estrogen in the body is still a topic of debate among scientists. Some studies suggest that consuming soy products may have mild estrogenic effects, while others indicate that the effects may be minimal. Overall, the impact of soybeans on estrogen levels in the body is complex and may vary from person to person. **
