Akainu, also known as Sakazuki, is considered to be on Yonko level or possibly even higher. As the current Fleet Admiral of the Marines, he is one of the most powerful characters in the One Piece series. His strength and abilities have been showcased in various battles, and he is widely regarded as a formidable force to be reckoned with. While it is difficult to definitively determine his exact power level in comparison to the Yonko, it is generally accepted that he is at least on par with them, if not stronger. **

Oda has not explicitly stated his opinion on Buggy becoming a Yonko in the One Piece series. Buggy's ascension to Yonko status adds a layer of unpredictability and humor to the series, showcasing Oda's creativity and ability to surprise readers. **

A coin-operated electricity meter works by allowing the user to insert coins into the meter in exchange for a certain amount of electricity. The meter measures the amount of electricity consumed and deducts the corresponding value from the coins inserted. Once the coins run out, the electricity supply is cut off until more coins are inserted. This type of meter is commonly used in situations where prepayment for electricity is required, such as in rental properties or temporary accommodations. **

To connect a coin-operated telephone, you would first need to locate a payphone that is in working condition. Once you have found a payphone, you would insert the required amount of coins into the coin slot to activate the phone. After the coins have been inserted, you can then dial the desired phone number and make your call. If the call requires additional coins, the phone will prompt you to insert more coins to continue the call. **
