Shazam Music offers both free and paid options. The free version allows users to identify songs, view lyrics, and create playlists with limited skips. However, the paid version, called Shazam Encore, offers additional features such as ad-free listening, unlimited song recognition, and offline listening. Users can choose between the free and paid options based on their preferences and needs. **

Shazam uses an audio fingerprinting technology to identify recorded music based on specific patterns and frequencies in the song. Live music and self-sung songs may not have the same level of consistency and quality as recorded music, making it difficult for Shazam to accurately identify them. Additionally, background noise and variations in performance can also impact the accuracy of the identification process. Therefore, Shazam may not recognize live music or self-sung songs due to the limitations of its technology in analyzing and identifying these types of audio. **

It's possible that Shazam found the wrong song if the app misidentified the music due to background noise, poor audio quality, or similar sounding songs. However, Shazam is generally accurate in identifying songs, so it's more likely that the app correctly identified the song based on the audio input it received. If there was an issue with the song identification, it's worth trying again in a quieter environment or with clearer audio to get an accurate result. **

Untagged tracks in Shazam are songs that have not been identified or recognized by the app's music recognition technology. When a user tries to Shazam a song and it is not recognized, it becomes an untagged track. These untagged tracks are then stored in the user's Shazam app, allowing them to revisit and try to identify the song at a later time when they have a better opportunity to capture the audio. **
