To program Battleship in Java, you can start by creating a grid to represent the game board. You can then create classes for the player, ships, and the game itself. Implement methods for placing ships on the board, checking for hits or misses, and updating the board accordingly. You can also include methods for displaying the board and handling the game flow, such as taking turns between players. Finally, you can add logic for determining when a player has sunk all of their opponent's ships to declare a winner. **
