The teachings of Buddhism emphasize the interconnectedness of all living beings and the importance of living a moral and ethical life. Additionally, the practice of meditation in Buddhism can help individuals find peace and contentment in their lives. However, some interpretations of Buddhist teachings may also emphasize the impermanence and suffering inherent in life, which could be seen as more life-negating. Overall, Buddhism can be seen as both life-affirming and life-negating, depending on the specific teachings and interpretations. **
